This has several modalities, including one-to-one coaching on a particular topic, to group coaching on a topic of interest to 6 (max) participantSsThe Principle is the same  regardless: From a WHOLENESS perspective, stress reduction, anxiety, chronic pain, and a big favorite “Emotional Sobriety”, are all symptoms that are "fixable" with medicine, or exercize, dietary changes, weightloss, meditation, a new class, a new mindset, etc. . When our symptoms are temporarily resolved and we go back to our status quo, we are all left with a similar question:
