I’ve known Laurie McCabe for almost 20 years. I met her as I was embarking on a journey of personal growth through a series of seminars and workshops. I’ve gotten tremendous benefit from this journey and I’m still on it. I gain new insights into myself and the world, and people around me everyday. It’s helped me to be more successful in my professional life, enriched my relationships with my family and my friends, and it has greatly deepened my bond with my wife. Laurie has been a key part of this journey. We’ve stayed in close contact over the years despite living in different parts of the country Laurie has never forgotten about me nor been too busy to respond when I reach out. Over the years she’s helped me clarify my thinking, my goals, my interests as my career progressed and as I took on the role as mentor for my sons and sons in law, and as an example to my daughters and granddaughters of how a man should treat the woman he loves.

She’s never told me what I should be doing but has always
helped me find a path that works for me, sometimes when I didn’t know I was looking for it.  I’m deeply grateful for that and for her friendship.

Before I decided to hire a life coach, I was telling myself I could just set goals for myself and save the money. However, when I was honest with myself I realized I had been in a rut for At least three years (Probably more), and I also realized I was avoiding having someone hold me accountabl, which is something I knew I needed. My work with Lori was eye opening and inspirational. I have now started my own business; something I’ve been talking about for years and never put into action. I would recommend working with Laurie to anyone she was easy to talk with and had excellent insight into what I needed to hear and what my next step should be in our coaching sessions one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.
